Shipping and Returns
Buyer has 14 days from the purchase date to return an unwanted item. We will not refund any money for damaged merchandise unless shipper accepts responsibility. Also, we will not accept returns for used items, items must be returned in the same packaging and in new condition. Buyer is responsible to pay the return shipping. International customers must pay all customs and duties with the receiving country. Ensohara Inc. will not be responsible for customs and duty fees. Any returns due to customs and duties will be refunded purchase price less shipping and handling costs.
If you need your order expedited we offer Next Day shipping at $19.99 and 2 DAY Shipping for $9.99; only within the United States. All express shipments received before 3 PM Pacific Time are shipped the same day. Any express shipment received after 3 PM Pacific Time will ship the following business day. Also, keep in mind that does not count either Saturday or Sunday as shipping days. This means if you select Next Day service on Friday you will not receive the shipment on Saturday, you will receive it on Monday. It does not count the day the package shipped as a “shipping day”. As an example, if 2 Day is selected on Monday the box will be delivered on Wednesday, not Tuesday. Express shipments through the United States Postal Service are not guaranteed next day. Some locations are two day. (Note we currently do not offer NEXT DAY Shipping, please check back for update)
All international orders will be charged $49.99 for shipping. Orders sent to Canada will be charged $29.99 for shipping. Be sure to choose the correct country from the drop down selection box. All orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days. Orders are shipped from Southern California. Delivery time varies based on your location and form of shipment requested.
We will send you a shipment notification via email the day your package ships. Email shipment notification is available for both USPS and FedEx orders. The notification will provide you with a tracking number as well as an estimated delivery date. Your tracking number will always be posted in your online account in the event you do not receive the email sent by USPS or FedEx or UPS. Simply login to your account and look at your order history to see the tracking number for your order.
PO Boxes and APO/FPO Shipping
We will happily ship to PO boxes, as well as APO/FPO addresses via USPS Priority Mail service. The transit time for priority mail is generally three business days. Keep in mind that your order may take up to 48 hours to process before we ship.
